Founded in June 1947. Please enjoy the long-established flavors of our specialty dishes made with eel, oyster
and soft-shelled turtle. 68 years from its inception, we have been serving eel, Hiroshima's famous oyster and
soft-shelled turtle dishes in Hiroshima. Enjoy the carefully selected ingredients and flavors that are unique to
this long-established restaurant.
Hiroshima specialties are only available in the winter. They are seasonal dishes that are available between
mid-October and early April.
